Latest update for our Cowra NSW for Land and Housing project – these buildings have been completed and the keys handed over to our very happy clients.

These dual occupancy townhouses have been completed and include 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample storage, both indoor and outdoor living spaces, garages and landscaping.

“These homes look and appear just like other low-density homes that are found in local residential areas and will blend in seamlessly with surrounding local communities; including 55 per cent which will be located outside of metropolitan Sydney.”

Simpson Building Group was chosen as one of just seven builders to undertake LAHC’s pilot program to build $26 million dollars-worth of 100 new social homes throughout NSW.
