Mount Austin in Wagga Wagga to welcome several new Manor Houses to the area

Simpson Building Group are currently undertaking several Class 2, Manor House builds at Mount Austin – Wagga Wagga for New South Wale’s Family and Community Services Department.

Our first Class 2 build is well under way with a completion date set for some time in August 2022. Known as a Manor House – this property will end up housing three individual local family’s.

We have two sites in Wagga Wagga being completed simultaneously.

Manor Houses like these ones are designed to meet low rise medium density property specifications whilst filling the gap between traditional homes and apartment buildings thus providing a more affordable housing option for the community.
