Homes NSW project completed at Simmons Street Armidale

These houses complete our eleven-dwelling, multi-site project, with construction running concurrently across Armidale late last year.  All eleven homes were successfully completed and handed over to our client on the same day.

This project involved the design and construction of eleven residential facilities across Armidale, delivered for Homes NSW on behalf of the NSW State Government.

Construction commenced in March 2025 and was successfully completed in December 2025, providing modern, functional homes designed to support community housing needs in the Armidale region.

The development was delivered to a lock-up and move-in stage, with landscaping and high-quality interior finishes completed to ensure the homes were ready for immediate occupancy.
