Dual Occupancy Projects Commence in Casino NSW

Beginning late last year, Simpson Building Group was awarded and commenced the demolition and construction of several new residential projects for the NSW Family and Community Services Corporation in the Casino region of NSW.

We have started on three separate sites which include

• SITE ONE Two three bedroom single story dwellings
• SITE TWO One three bedroom single story house and one four bedroom single story house
• SITE THREE Two four bedroom double story houses

Demolition has been completed on all sites with earthworks done mid-January 2024.

Having commenced these works in late December 2023, we anticipate handing over these particular sites before the end of financial year 2024.
