Dual Occupancy Homes Created in Armidale NSW

We’re proud to announce the successful completion and handover of two new 3-bedroom homes in Armidale, delivered under a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) on behalf of Family & Community Services.

Commencing in March 2025, this regional NSW project was carefully managed from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and timely delivery. The homes have now been handed over just in time for Christmas, providing multiple local families with safe, modern and comfortable new homes.

We’re grateful to have played a part in supporting the Armidale community through the delivery of much-needed housing. Several additional projects recently completed in the area will be shared soon — stay tuned for updates.
