Housing pilot program also underway in Cowra

Further to our last post, we also broke ground in two separate locations in Cowra NSW for Land and Housing.

These dual occupancy townhouses will each consist of 3 bedroom dwellings with the same projected finish time as Armidale – just before the end of the year.

To date the sites have been cleared, levelled, excavated and the plumbing roughed in.

Simpson Building Group was chosen as one of just seven builders to undertake LAHC’s pilot program to build $26 million dollars worth of 100 new social homes throughout NSW.

“These homes look and appear just like other low-density homes that are found in local residential areas and will blend in seamlessly with surrounding local communities; including 55 per cent which will be located outside of metropolitan Sydney.”
