Homes NSW project completed at Simmons Street Armidale
These houses complete our trio of projects that ran concurrently in Armidale late last year.
This project involved the design and construction of two 2-bedroom residential facilities in Simmons Street, Armidale, delivered for Homes NSW on behalf of the NSW State Government.
Construction commenced in March 2025 and was successfully completed in December 2025, providing modern, functional homes designed to support community housing needs in the Armidale region.
The development was delivered to a lock-up and move-in stage, with landscaping and high-quality interior finishes completed to ensure the homes were ready for immediate occupancy.
This project reflects our continued commitment to delivering well-built, practical housing solutions that support communities across regional New South Wales.
