Campsie Affordable Housing Project

Here is a final render by Architects Stanton Dahl, illustrating our affordable housing project we have designed and will begin to create for NSW Land and Housing.

We have just finalised the design stage and have a goal to finish this project to hand-over stage by February 2024.

There are 8 individual, two bedroom townhouses to be built on this site in Campsie that will cohesively blend into the community that already exists in the area.

The brief was low rise, low maintenance, low environmental impact materials and design concepts in order for this build to remain relevant for many years to come for its new occupants.
