Another successful project handover in Armidale NSW

We’re proud to wrap up 2025 with the successful completion of another Armidale project, delivered just in time for the summer holiday season. Located at Simmons Street, Armidale, this dual-occupancy development was completed for our client NSW Community for Justice, providing two modern 3-bedroom homes ready for families to move straight in before the end of the year.

Commencing in March 2025 and completed in December 2025, the project was delivered under a CDC approval and finished to a lock-up and move-in stage, including full landscaping and quality interior finishes throughout.

This project is part of our growing portfolio in the Armidale region, with several more completed developments to be shared soon.
